Tournament History

The first A.J. Cohen Memorial Baseball Tournament took place on April 7, 2001. The Tournament consisted of four teams and raised a total of $400.00. Since 2001 each April high school baseball teams have taken the field in memory of A.J.  Heading into its 10th year, the Tournament has grown in popularity. This year, due to the overwhelming interest, an additional three games and an additional day of games have been added.

Money raised at the Tournament funds the A.J. Cohen Memorial Scholarship Fund at The Summit Country Day School, The A.J. Cohen Fire Prevention Program as well as other fire related programs.
